Legally distinct With enough FLOSS contributors as the plaintiff and a few $millions for a good lawyers we as the community can make these guys bankrupt so, possibly after appelation, scammers will be pushed to reopen at an other name.
The FLOSS licensing protection is long gone now. The threshold being imo 2008/9. Since when everybody knows the rich have no legal obligations, nor the poor have legal recourse.
