Without seeing it first-hand, I can't tell you, but I'd be real surprised if it weren't there somewhere. Might be a quirk of your instance versioning or something funny going on in your build.

In Sharkey and Misskey, I've seen it labeled "Account Data" instead of "Import and export" but that's the only two wordings I've seen.

I'd recommend pinging your admin with the question, and maybe @FediTips too for good measure.
