A fascinating and horrifying read (I often fail to read long articles through to the end, but this one had me gripped).
En passant, it claims #ICE recruiters are keen to enlist people who are already LEOs; does that hamper operations in regular police services (or does it improve them, by removing the dodgier officers?).
