@mattsheffield@mastodon.social I get the distinct impression that Trump could drop the act altogether and just address Evangelicals directly with "I am the literal Beast that Revelation talks about, come get my mark on your forehead, if you don't you're a radical liberal" and a significant number of them would just form an orderly queue.
