@TheDonsieLass It depends what budget you have. If you want to spend a bit of money and want something good that lasts a life-time (40+ years) I would go for a butyl pond liner, even better is Firestone rubber pond liner which is what I used for my big pond. The small frog pond in the picture just has a plastic (PVC) liner which is cheap and lasts about 25 years.
