Often times negotiations with clients/dates/friends/whatever can be extremely tedious and onerous and scary but one of the things that being in a union for many years taught me is the power of negotiations for establishing boundaries, mutual obligation, and clear rules of engagement. Not to constantly be in peak Capricorn mode but there is a lot to be said for learning to respect, and sometimes even enjoy, the process of negotiation.
