(Catching up) I think it does in the sense that when I'm very stressed and work is taking all my energy, I don't do a lot of creating, and I have no executive function left for a lot of the basics. I've got a coach now to help alleviate that issue, and doing energy level/spoon assessments at the end of the day to see if I gave too much of myself to work and not enough to other things. That's helping atm.
