The head of the National Disaster Management Authority, Mullah Nooruddin Tarabi, held a meeting in Kabul with the Turkish Ambassador, Sadin Eldız, and a delegation, where they discussed strengthening bilateral cooperation. During the meeting, the head of the agency requested Turkish charitable foundations to increase their assistance during the occurrence of natural disasters in Afghanistan. He emphasized the importance of direct relations with the Turkish Disaster Management Agency, stating that sharing experiences between the foundations of both countries is effective in disaster management. Sadin Eldız also assured continued assistance to the Afghan people and said that Turkey is cooperating with Afghanistan in technical and humanitarian areas, alongside trade relations.
