Iran's Revolutionary Guard Force commander, General Hossein Mahboubi, has warned that if the conflict continues, it will display power and capabilities that the United States and Israel could not even imagine. He added that it has yet to utilize many of its capabilities. According to Mahboubi, it will employ military tactics that the "enemy" will be unable to counter. It is worth noting that previously, U.S. President Trump threatened that if Iran’s “fast attack boats” approached the U.S. maritime blockade, they would be destroyed. The Provincial Administration of Paktia Province states that consecutive days of rain and floods have destroyed 570 homes, partially or completely, in the province's central district and several other districts. A press release from the Provincial Administration reports that approximately 30 livestock have died due to the rainfall and floods, and nearly 110 hectares of agricultural land have been destroyed. Several other areas are now facing a serious threat of destruction. The Press Office of Nuristan province has reported that the Khost-Nuristan highway is closed to traffic due to landslides and flooding. Sources say that technical teams from the Department of Public Works are working to reopen the road as soon as possible. They have asked citizens to refrain from traveling on this road until further notice. The head of the National Disaster Management Authority, Mullah Nooruddin Tarabi, held a meeting in Kabul with the Turkish Ambassador, Sadin Eldız, and a delegation, where they discussed strengthening bilateral cooperation. During the meeting, the head of the agency requested Turkish charitable foundations to increase their assistance during the occurrence of natural disasters in Afghanistan. The National Bus Company of Afghanistan says a new route for national buses has officially been activated from "Charleston" to "Pamir Cinema" in Kabul city to create better transportation facilities. The company wrote on its X (formerly Twitter) page that the new route was activated by the National Bus State Company. The head of the National Bus Company, Hafiz Abdul Baqi, said that similar measures will be taken on other important routes in Kabul in the future to strengthen and make the public transportation system more effective. Pakistani militia have carried out shelling attacks on Asadabad, Kunar. The National Disaster Management Authority says that 17 people have died and 26 others have been injured due to heavy rains and floods over the past 24 hours. The Ministry of Industry and Commerce of Afghanistan has announced that following a virtual conference between the Afghan private sector and Uzbekistan, cooperation agreements worth $514.80 million have been signed between the private sector and the Namangan province of Uzbekistan. According to the ministry's information, these agreements cover the establishment of brick production factories in Afghanistan, the export and import of cement and coal, the export of beans, apricots, pottery, dried fruits, vegetables, dairy products, petroleum, bitumen, copper, foodstuffs, non-alcoholic beverages, sports services, and the production of poultry eggs. The Laghman Police Command has announced that a traffic accident occurred this morning in the Fourteen neighborhood, affiliated with the Second Security Zone of Mehtarlam, the capital of Laghman province. Sources report that a small passenger vehicle collided with a rickshaw, resulting in the on-the-spot death of the rickshaw driver and injuries to 10 others, including two women and five children. According to the source, rainfall levels are expected to range from 10 to 40 millimeters and wind gusts from 10 to 35 meters in various areas. The Afghanistan Cricket Board and players have condemned this brutal and inhumane act. A number of Afghanistan’s national cricket team players – Rashid Khan, Rahmanullah Gurbaz, Mohammad Nabi, Naveen-ul-Haq, Noor Ahmad – and the Cricket Board administration have condemned the attack on the hospital for treating drug addicts. The Pakistani military regime’s information minister, Attaullah Tarar, has claimed that they targeted military facilities in Kabul last night. Iranian Deputy Foreign Minister Ali Bagheri Kani stated in a recent interview that the targets of Iranian attacks are solely American bases and interests in the region, and not involvement with others.
