The Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan has reported that 761 Afghan civilians were martyred and 626 others injured between February 22 and April 4, 2026, as a result of war crimes committed by the Pakistani military regime.
Deputy Spokesperson Mullah Hamdullah Fitrat stated that Pakistan carried out airstrikes and artillery attacks across nine Afghan provinces: Kabul, Nangarhar, Kandahar, Paktia, Paktika, Khost, Kunar, Laghman, and Nuristan.
According to Fitrat, the attacks destroyed 1,140 houses, 256 shops, 34 mosques, 13 schools, three clinics, 13 madrasas, and 42 vehicles. An additional 661 head of livestock were also killed.
Fitrat further stated that Pakistani forces fired 14,973 artillery and mortar shells at civilian homes along the so-called Durand Line during the same period, displacing 27,407 families.
The deadliest single incident, according to the spokesperson, was an attack on an addiction treatment center in Kabul, which left 411 people martyred and 265 others injured.
