Good morning 🌄

No real plan today after Tuesday's Half except to have a nice enjoyable run, and it was good.

Started out slow and gentle and slowly built the pace up, with a fast half km at 7km before winding back down to finish.

Now coffee and breakfast, before getting on with some writing.
