the reason we have politics at all is, collectively, to decide how to split up our assets. Long ago, the strongest warrior would decide. We called him a chief or a king. Later, we decided that sovereignty would rest in the people. But that sovereignty is still based on the ability to acquire and defend the assets of the tribe.
Women are not warriors, despite what Hollywood would sell you. Almost 100% of men are better at killing than almost 100% of women. Women are ill-suited, due to their biology, to be warriors.
Therefore, the strength of the tribe - its ability to acquire and hold assets - is predicated on the sacrifice of men.
Women are important too. Wives, mothers, homemakers. But they are not responsible for defending the tribe and its assets.
Therefore, the sovereignty, which is predicated on strength, resides in the men.
Permitting women to vote is no different than permitting children to vote. And it has the same asinine outcomes, as we have seen over the last 100+ years.
