I can shave off a few more cycles by offsetting the small arms so that they move the atoms along slightly quicker. I think this is the best I'm going to get it for now.

The sabotours are Stargrave models with some Anvil Industry heads (not sure exactly which as all of my sprues are muddled up), the crystals are from Alternative Armies (https://www.alternative-armies.com/products/hof182-lemurian-crystal-guardian to be exact) and the large robot is a C-37 Warden from Anvil Industry with a Stargrave Automation head.
