其實我也不避諱用AI做很低能的事情這件事
但你可以看到一方面公司在推AI好像用AI很潮
另一方面主管又會說：我知道你是用AI寫的
然後一副算了我不計較的樣子

?????

我也沒說不是啊
就說對啊

反正我也預設盡量多用AI 但當你投入一堆時間精力往協作的方向做，老闆還覺得你是用AI在偷懶，還覺得扣分
那 as well 我怎麼就不用AI來偷懶就算了

那種績效考核以後（講得）明年會有大變動，又不知道會不會加薪的，順便倒打一下你能力不足的會，開完真的會很想走

然後其實我也不知道績效考核的標準是啥，只知道什麼時候要交那種很像國中學習表單的東西。不知道公司溝通是有什麼問題不能把規則寫清楚

雖然往好處想可能組織執行力不足所以可能哪些要多做的事可能也有機會不全做

但就是，沒有錢沒有（虛假的）績效，連Title bump也不能保證
只剩下欸你有這些要做

那我除了找找怎麼少做一點事以外還能幹嘛
