The kingdom has a population of ponies, kirins, and changelings and are technologically advanced but have limited resources. Gears is requested by the Queen for a mission to travel to Equestria and deliver radios with offers of trade agreements to any established government or combined settlements that she can find. Unfortunately Gears is now in the middle of the remnants of the Enclave trying to take over again after some Pre-Apocalypse labs and tech were uncovered.

When all the changelings are thrown out of Canterlot she stays in the house and meets a little filly who is scared at 1st but Dig is happy and friendly and not a monster.

This is a very short Slice of Life/Comedy featuring Trixie, Twilight Sparkle, and Starlight Glimmer. Trixie turns up at Twilight's Castle asking Twilight where Starlight is however Trixie is not acting like herself, she isn't speaking in third person and she is nicely dressed up and even polite. Twi has no idea what's going on so sends Trixie off to Starlight so she can solve whatever is happening.
