I've been working on this for the last 3 years. It's a "Patreon style" donation platform for Australian charities with a ton of little extra features (fundraisers etc).
I build this for my charity https://generozity.charity but it will be offered for free (no fee) to any charity that wants to use it.....
The goal is to invite registered charities onto this and registered people can setup monthly subscriptions to multiple charities and the money is taken out once a month.
SOOOOOOOOO My favor is... we need a month or two of payment cycles without failure before we trust it and start announcing it to the world!
So please sign up to the beta at https://loves.charity/invite/shlee and help me build confidence in the "monthly donation" subscription system...
The monthly subscription donations are triggered on the 1st (tomorrow).. so I need as many people to register with subscriptions for the next "cycle".
If you can afford it, please donate $5.02 (random cents) for one or two charities... and on the 1st, make sure that amount is taken and you get a receipt... then you can cancel the subscriptions.
We need to test as many credit cards/banks as possible for the next subscription period.
If there are no major problems on the 1st, we can launch the platform shortly afterwards to the public.
