It does, but it requires water to digest so you must drink water to enjoy your monster to the fullest potential. Water is used in lubrication after all and without it you wouldn’t have your monster fucking license would you?

I had friends that went to do a show across the border. They were HUGE stoners and almost forgot about the pound or so of weed they had. So the stopped a3 bit before the border and smoked all of it. Washed the bag it was in with soap and water and roled up to the border crossing baked out of their minds and reeking of weed. Their RV was searched ofc, but all evidence was burnt… ;D
