I feel like I've been experiencing more and more difficulty focusing on stuff lately. It's really hard to explain, but I start getting very anxious, dizzy, and disoriented; I have to look away from things and back at them many times over; and it feels like my vision goes somewhat blurry or like I literally can't focus on any one detail and I feel very overwhelmed.
