Also meine eigentliche nicht gelogene Ausrede ist, dass mein habit einfach kaputt ist. Nach diversen Umständen wie Jobwechsel und kein Auto haben für paar Wochen. Viel Arbeit, viel Umstellung, keine Routine während ich mich am wohlsten fühle wenn mein Tag zu 97% aus Routinen besteht

Meine Ausrede so selten ins Gym zu gehen, war in den letzten Wochen, dass ich ständig meine Gymschuhe zur Arbeit anhatte und die dann dreckig waren. Man darf ja nur mit sauberen Schuhen ins Gym. Jetzt habe ich neue Gymschuhe gekauft uuuuuuund jetzt ist meine Ausrede dass ich zu faul bin
