I've signed out of google on my Google TV and hit no issues. Phone is now on /e/os. Unsure how much of my HomeAssistant setup relies on Google. I don't think much. My google homes will need to be slowly phased out. Wonder what I'd get on eBay.
One thing that's holding my back right now is a way to watch YouTube on the Google TV without an account. All clients are only built for a phone.
I may end up just using a computer. Maybe I wait till I upgrade my Framework and use the current board for this.
