the best defense against Lymes is preventing a bite! Aside from long pants, hats, all that good stuff, after having fun in the prairie or woodlands check everywhere that is warm and dark on your body- hairline, groin area, where cuffs and waistbands connect with skin, etc.

making up more reproductive health goodie bags before lunch
every goodie bag has: 10 different types of condoms (including one condom keychain), a couple lubes, and a whole bunch of little info packets or cards talking about things like consent, the services we offer, how to spot human trafficking, general genital health facts, etc.
Most of this stuff was given to us cost free from grants and contests! Every sexual & reproductive health patient gets a goodie bag when they come in (:
