At the December 10 #PostgreSQL Frankfurt meetup, @ascherbaum@mastodon.social will give his talk "WarehousePG Open Source (again)", about the Open Source fork of the Greenplum Database.

Andreas says about the talk: "I aim to give a quick overview of the history of both projects. We then dive into the reasons for and challenges of creating a fork. We also talk about the challenges of CLAs and what implications the PostgreSQL and Apache Licenses have for the project."
