C'est un peu le ArchLinux des éditeurs de texte : il est livré vierge et l'utilisateur doit le construire. Malheureusement, la documentation de Neovim est pour le moins effrayante et on est facilement désespéré avec toutes les informations et les options.
J'aide actuellement un autre utilisateur de Mastodon (qui utilise actuellement Helix) à mettre en place et à apprendre Neovim. Je serais plus qu'heureux de t'aider aussi si tu veux.

@heptag0n@todon.eu (Neo)Vim is an excellent and powerful editor but it requires a deep commitment and lots of efforts at start. It's like the ArchLinux of text editors: it comes bare bone and the user has to build it.
I'm currently assisting another Mastodon user (currently using Helix) in setting up and learning Neovim. I'd be more than happy to help you as well if you want.

Weird behaviors for QT and GTK apps is a known thing.
Have you tried to define some variables in the environment section in Niri like that:
environment {
QT_QPA_PLATFORM "wayland"
QT_QPA_PLATFORMTHEME "gtk3"
QT_QPA_PLATFORMTHEME_QT6 "gtk3"
QT_WAYLAND_DISABLE_WINDOWDECORATION "1"
QT_AUTO_SCREEN_SCALE_FACTOR "1"
}
If that works, I can share more to prevent other issues. Let me know.
