Niamh loves running and being active is a big part of her life. This time, she challenges herself to find new ways to stay fit and strong. It all gets very competitive when Lexy takes her to shinty training and to a ‘no mercy’ hilltop fitness session.

Tha Niamh a’ cur dùbhlan roimhpe fhèin gus fàs nas cruthachaile le na nithean beaga a tha timcheall oirre. Tha i a’ coinneachadh ri Danielle, tha iad a’ dèanamh beagan ùrachaidh agus tha Niamh air a beò-ghlacadh leis an dòigh-beatha shìmplidh aice ann a bhana-campachaidh. Agus anns a’ Chomraich, tha Niamh agus Abbie a’ fàs cruthachail le glainne na mara.
Niamh challenges herself to get more creative with the little things around her. She meets Danielle, they do some upcycling and Niamh is inspired by her simple campervan lifestyle. And in Applecross, Niamh and Abbie get creative with sea glass.
