Il Tempo: Sumai, 'per gettonisti 150 euro l'ora contro 40 del Ssn, sistema da rivedere' Roma, 9 mar. (Adnkronos Salute) - Il medico gettonista over 70 richiamato in servizio, "titolare di partita Iva, ha dato la sua disponibilità a tornare in corsia a 150 euro l'ora perché la normativa vigente glielo consente. Tuttavia, secondo il Sumai-Assoprof, prima di ricorrere a questa soluzione andrebbero applicate le regole già previste". Così all'Adnkronos Salute Antonio Magi, segretario generale del Sumai-Assoprof, il sindacato dei medici ambulatoriali, commenta la vicenda la vicenda del camice bianco richiamato dalla pensione per lavorare in corsia in alcuni ospedali del Lazio e che sarebbe stato pagato 35mila euro in 1 mese. "Prima di optare per il medico gettonista - chiarisce Magi - la legge prevede di verificare chi, tra i medici dipendenti del Servizio sanitario nazionale, è disponibile a coprire il turno e chi, tra gli specialisti ambulatoriali, è disposto a fare lo stesso. Così come occorre controllare le graduatorie, sia dei medici ospedalieri sia degli specialisti ambulatoriali. Solo se non ci sono alternative si può attingere alla graduatoria della libera professione". "Il problema - sottolinea Magi - è che oggi un medico gettonista guadagna più di un medico strutturato del Ssn: 150 euro lordi l'ora contro i 40 di chi è ancora in servizio nel Ssn. Parliamo di soldi pubblici, mentre lo Stato continua a non aumentare gli stipendi dei medici del Servizio sanitario nazionale. E' una situazione difficile da spiegare anche perché il gettonista e il medico strutturato lavorano fianco a fianco, una vergogna". Secondo il segretario del Sumai, "per rendere più attrattivo il Ssn bisognerebbe portare quella cifra (40 euro lordi l'ora) almeno a 70 euro lordi l'ora". (Adnkronos Salute) - "E' necessario un Testo unico per la farmaceutica che possa garantire la giusta priorità nell'allocazione degli investimenti sulla spesa farmaceutica ospedaliera, sull'innovazione, sui vaccini e sulla prevenzione, introducendo nuovi criteri e superando l'annoso tema del payback". Lo ha detto Marcello Cattani, presidente di Farmindustria, all'ottava edizione di 'Investing for Life Health Summit', convegno organizzato da Msd Italia oggi a Roma. L'esigenza di un Testo unico per Cattani "è oggi ancor più forte alla luce" di nuove sfide, di "strumenti come il 'Most favoured nation', l'ordine esecutivo 301 che mira a ribilanciare la valorizzazione della ricerca e dell'innovazione tra Stati Uniti e Paesi europei. L'Europa è chiamata a investire meglio e di più laddove c'è maggiore bisogno di innovazione - chiarisce il presidente di Farmindustira - garantendo al contempo un percorso di 'early access', con accesso rapido e omogeneo" alle cure "su tutto il territorio nazionale.
