Bette Davis Eyes by Kim Carnes is my personal chock-full-o'-mondegreen song, veering the subject matter to destinations quite unintended by the songwriter.
Until I saw this HD remaster with handcrafted closed captions, I didn't know just how much I was mangling the song!
A couple examples:
-> "Her hair is hollow gold" is "her hair is Harlow gold"
-> "Make a rogue blush" is actually "make a pro blush"
-> "And she'll tease you, she'll adhere you" is actually "And she'll tease you, she'll unease you"
-> "She'll lay your heart on a throne" is actually "she'll lay you on the throne"
