This brownie mix hits a unique Venn diagram overlap in my house - Keto, which helps me as a diabetic, and gluten-free, so my wife can enjoy it too. I admit that it's not quite the same mouthfeel as a conventional brownie mix, but it works as advertised - I didn't get the sickening glucose spike that I would have gotten from a regular mix, or even another gluten-free version. #diabetes #keto #glutenfree https://amzn.to/4s8VAr8
