Just got my first, and it came with a bladder converter. Seems messy and I'm having a hard time telling how much ink I'm getting.
I was going to shop for a piston converter, but a buddy says he prefers to just refill cartridges.
What are y'all's preferences? Help a noob out?

Packed my #fountainpen inks and I feel like I should have a special FRAGILE label that if this breaks it will cause not only stains to everything but emotional damage

It was my birthday today, and my other half got me some incredible gifts (also, does he know me or what...)
A vintage Parker 21 #fountainpen, along with some super quink ink (lol) which I will not be using, but just keeping for display purposes, and a crystal inkwell that I know absolutely nothing about.

Bible study notes from the book of Acts. I want to replace the turquoise ink with something else. Maybe black, dark grey or brown. Please share your suggestions.
For some weird reason there's a hangover from school days of being forbidden to use red (teachers) or green (principal) ink.
