My pie is much tastier than it looks. 😄
It's a chickpea (gram) flour crust over a beany, chilli, tomatoey sauce.
I've made this pastry a few times and I've never followed the instructions to the letter because I don't have a 9 inch round pie dish. It always turns out OK. 😋
The runner beans are homegrown and from the freezer.
