#WritersCoffeeClub 4 March: Share a recent experience where something just “clicked”. I found a second editor to do the proofreading for #mrsCleyton. When she returned her revision, I felt everything was falling into the right place. Not only had she understood what my novel was trying to say, her suggestions for improvement made sense at a grammatical, stylistic *and* emotional level. For a story so deeply entrenched in grief, I was humbled to experience it brought tears of joy as well.

#WritersCoffeeClub 12 Feb: How unique is the setting of your current WIP? So I'm finishing #mrsCleyton, which is set around Thawton in 2003. It's a fictional town, yet based on the surroundings of #Brighton, so not very unique. New WIP I'm aiming around #Edinburgh, but I'll go back in time more than a century. I'm also thinking of making it somewhat of a spiritual successor (or even predecessor, timeline-wise) to #childOfTheMoon, so that's going to be a more unique mix-up again, I feel.
