So okay: 1) Select something with nice colors (we use the dwarf palm / pineaplle plant BC it shows colors well) 2) Click on the color u want to color the OTHER thing. 3) Click back twice to get back to build menu 4) Select the thing u want to color that color (try stone or wood to see the effect first) 5) Build! Aaaand it should be the shiny color. It's how I got the pretty blue walls. And how Vul made a red and white medical clinic. So okay tho, it doesnt work for EVERY item but it works walls and a lot of other things! It is weird they coded the colors but like, don't offer them for easy use. "They Are Here." A few nights ago I continued with the clean-up mission on a new planet, after the one it sent me to originally seemed too hilly - only to find this one is as bad. It is a dissonant with these anomalous flyers though. #NoMansSky #HelloGames #PS5 #gaming

Okay so, here are the outside views of my No Man's Sky house (okay, BASE, shut up Steve) after I remodeled, updated, and added a lot of stuffs. I think I did a pretty good job; what do you think? Note

And since I am here, how about an inside tour? Ha ha. Okay so... This is inside of my house... base... whatever okay? You get to see the changes I made through the whole place. Stuff I am proud of: - My bug lights. I rly thought I did good with that idea; Vul says it feels "paper lantern" and I agree! - The expanded kitchen. I opened up the roof and made it feel more open, I am really happy with how it came out. - The adventurer lounge. I love the planets floating in there, and (eventually) I will make a new tune that suits it. - The treasure room. OH YISS. - Mostly all of it. Ha ha ha. Notes: - No mods; I did this all on the PS5. - Used the resize and recolor tricks a lot - Trees are actually multiple trees smooshed together using the free placement and resize options; it makes them less generic - I'm a TSOT (I didn't say the notes were relevant!) #NMS #NoMansSky #HelloGames #Gaming #PS5 #ModThis

I just started playing No Man’s Sky (played for like 30 minutes when it first came out, got bored, and I’m just now picking it back up 10 years later), and one of the secondary missions is a requisite part of the primary mission, so why even call attention to it as a separate secondary (i.e., side) mission? #NoMansSky

The end. As I said, I ended up enjoying this expedition a lot, and am glad I decided to start and then keep going. After reaching the last processor I had just two tasks left. The Sentinel rearranging one I realised you can do that to the same one again and again, but the one I had struggles with was getting two more toxic containers. Because I went to three separate heaps, and they had none of any special type between them. I eventually found three of them in the open together. I've taken 20 screenshots in total, and I may post more on another day, but here are some sights on the final run. #NoMansSky #HelloGames #PS5 #gaming

I totally forgot about #Twitch Drops over the weekend playing this expedition, but I remembered in time to make sure to get the one I wanted - the Robo-Warden Companion - on today. I didn't do/finish the expedition it was in, so it can go with Laylaps now. #NoMansSky #HelloGames #gaming

After saying I wouldn't play this expedition - and then quit after getting stuck in a cave the first time - I was wrong. It's a great change of pace, and the Colossus refit has given it a purpose. I probably won't do, but I could see myself playing it again after my operation as perfect to take my mind off the recovery. I've also taken an inordinate amount of screenshots with the 'land octopus' in them... 😳 #NoMansSky #HelloGames #gaming

Look, this all looks great for sure. The new stuff will no doubt be fun to play with. As for the expedition, it seems it's more designed for co-operative play, so I may just skip this one as I don't have PS+. And with my operation I'd only have three weeks to finish it anyway.
