Greater Anglia has hosted nine Cub Scouts from Ipswich at its training academy in #Stratford, giving them the chance to use its high-tech train driving simulators. The visit was arranged with the East #Suffolk Lines Community Rail Partnership and included Cubs from the 9th and 31st #Ipswich Scout Groups. Driver Trainer Mark Robson introduced the group to train operations before supervising sessions in the full-size simulator cabs, which replicate real routes, weather conditions and hazards across the Greater Anglia network. Each Scout practised basic driving skills in a range of scenarios.
