A question for users of #TapestryApp. How do you edit an existing timeline? I can see how to add feeds and I know I have edited timelines before, but I just cannot see how to do it now.

Hot on the heels of the release of #tapestryapp 1.7, the amazing developers are already testing 1.8 with a nifty new feature. Imagine sharing a screenshot of a post from Tapestry without having to crop down to just the post OR having to combine multiple screenshots because the post is taller than your screen! It’s happening!

:tapestry_app: Third party connectors expand the types of content you can view in Tapestry. Adding connectors is now easier than ever in v1.7. Simply paste a URL to a connector or repository into the new Connector Finder like the excellent Apple Newsroom connector by @simonbs@mastodon.social and let Tapestry do the work for you. #TapestryApp #OpenWeb

I published a connector for #TapestryApp for following a channel that you specify, from any @peertube@framapiaf.org instance. I previously only published the source code, so I don't think anyone used it but me. Now I also published the final file with the ".tapestry" extension, which is ready to be added to the app, without requiring their developer tool. Maybe someone will find it useful. I thought "we already have connectors for Mastodon and YouTube, so why not PeerTube too?". https://git.gracjan.xyz/gracjan/Tapestry-Plugins/releases

Tapestry v1.6 is out and features a simplified color theme for all those users who asked for a more unified appearance in the timeline. I didn’t want to lose Tapestry’s unique colorful character completely, but the end result is a nice compromise that tones the timeline down while retaining much of the ability to tell various feeds apart at a glance.
