#Tumbleweed boots on #RaspberryPi 5! Thanks to U-Boot, kernel updates, and the RP1 driver, core features like Ethernet, #WiFi, USB, and #HDMI are working. A major step forward for #openSUSE on #ARM. https://news.opensuse.org/2025/11/04/raspberrypi5-opensuse/

@serigala_tropis@lgbtqia.space that's the point. Just like what @torvalds@social.kernel.org said about why he choose fedora, he doesn't care about distros, just need a distro that works. I can not accept my workstation broken after an update and I'm in hurry situation to do some works. That's why I don't choose #archlinux. For rolling release, I think #tumbleweed from #opensuse is much more stable than arch. I've used it to run some stuffs.
