@leeloo @nblr @griffin30007 yup, cuz i don't have it in front of me, don't know how to locate the mouse online (nor particularly care to do so), am addressing an informal audience, and want to be clear that i am unfamiliar with this specific model of pointing device and therefore may be incorrect

@griffin30007 @nblr the two batteries having different capacities means the AAA drops voltage faster than the AA and the AA would very slightly charge the AAA, increasing wear on both. i'm guessing the AA and AAA compartments aren't meant to be used at the same time (which is why they're arranged in a cross) but rather are wired in parallel so either 1.5v battery will work in the slot for convenience
