The PC industry has been moribund for years. Apple choosing to strike with a high quality, low-cost laptop *now*, while component prices spike, is going to go down as one of the smartest things they’ve done in the 21st century.

My enthusiasm for Apple has never been lower, but damn, you gotta admire it.
