Diese Diskussion um die Entkriminalisierung von #Schwarzfahren wird auch schon wieder so absurd unsachlich geführt. Da wird so getan als wäre Schwarzfahren danach konsequenzlos, was falsch ist.
1.) Bei einer Herabstufung zur Ordnungswidrigkeit drohen immer noch Bußgelder u.ä., aber es wird eben grundsätzlich auch nicht härter bestraft als z.B. Falschparken.
2.) Zivilrechtliche Forderungen bleiben unberührt. Das erhöhte Fahrentgelt bleibt z.B. weiter fällig.

@ZDF Kam für mich nie in Frage. In den USA zu wohnen wäre für mich ein zu großer Verlust von Lebensqualität. Und spätestens seit dem ersten Mal das Trump gewählt wurde, ist es eher ein Horrorszenario.
