I am long on #HongKong #business and i#nvesting, combined with adaptability but this is not what I had in mind. Smuggling using hidden compartments is one thing but to modify your gas tank to store additional gas from your #China #crossborder grocery run is insane.

Just did a quick history and writeup of the history of #Switzerland's co-operation with the US, including the recent incidents with #Protonmail, compromising the #data of #activists who thought they were paying for privacy and #cybersecurity. Everyone says the Swiss have a great privacy protection, but I've always disagreed, it is a paper tiger of privacy that rubber stamps US requests.

I would like to take an #ICT #hightech #htp #tech position to mark #internationalwomensday and relate it to back home. I find in places like #Hongkong #China and the #Gulf #UAE #Dubai I have seen so many more #women in tech. I will give one example at a high-tech firm in Dubai, the majority of the workers were women.
I hope we can bring this trend back to the #West #Canada because this is where the growth in the job market will be for the long-term.

#openclaw #ai #artificialintelligence #cybersecurity makes me not want to install OpenClaw on anything that is not public facing. There are too many unknowns and risks, whether data is exchanged from OpenClaw that shouldn't be, if it accesses data/files you don't want it to, and shares say your private keys with the world. These tools have their places, but I find it concerning people just give it full root access to their whole life when it is still experimental.

I don't normally promote #CBI or #citizenship programs but in the case of #Nauru I would like to because they will use the proceeds to help fight #climatechange and improve their #climate and #country
