The "old crow" on campus a few minutes ago. It was awake but keeping its eyes mostly closed. I think that's the best picture I took of it with its "disheveled" feathers and its strangely very long and pointy maxilla.
Disclaimer: I call it the old crow, because that's the feeling it's been giving me, but it also could "just" be very sick and not that old. I really don't know.

Nothing really new, but a few things.
As a reminder, last week the crows were back in the park regularly, and seemed to have started building a nest, although I didn't know where.
Saturday, not really seeing them in the morning at all, I went for a walk in the afternoon, and suddenly they showed up, a bit away from the park, but still in their territory. Peanuts were given on a parking lot.

Of course, they decided to do construction to the building now, just when grading is over and it's time to relax a little bit (but to be honest, it would be worse if it was during the end of the semester... they did that to us once)

I love it when the uni tells us (because the ministry told them to tell us) to be extra careful if we plan on traveling to the Middle East, or even avoid going there if possible.

For people not following the news in France, a fascist militant was killed this weekend. The identities of the killers haven't been fully established yet. However, the government, the oligarch media and every "official" voice is attacking the Left as if they were terrorists.
The oligarchy is preparing France for a fascist regime next year. It has been doing it for many years now, but the propaganda has been intensifying lately.
