It took me 1 mile to bike to a city where if you ask the transit director "how are you actualizing your stated commitment to bike safety" the answer is "we are building more miles of separated bike infrastructure this summer (nearly finishing our long term bike network plan) than Boston will complete this and last year combined"

It's a real lack of imagination and ambition that #Boston doesn't have Open Newbury Street from Friday-Monday for the Marathon weekend. Tens of thousands (I'm sure somewhere there an estimate over 100k) of people going specifically to that area all weekend.

@Kevin @crystalvisits @BenGleason Cambridge and Somerville are unannexed neighborhoods of Boston. West Roxbury is more of a suburb than Camberville, but Brookline broke the process
