Absolutely not. All I'm getting from Rollins running again is that she can't find enough work in the private sector. It is mystifying to me that she considers this job "hers" in some way; she needed to put her finger on the scale re: her replacement when she left, and now she's running for it again. Yes, the MBTA should be open during cold--and heat--emergencies. BUT there was a time when the city of Boston was going through the streets to make sure that people weren't out on the streets during emergencies. My kingdom for a theater in #Boston that

  1. Is rentable hourly
  2. Has a real lighting setup with a board
  3. Has a real sound system with a board
  4. is T accessible
  5. Has a bar and maybe even food, and
  6. Is vaguely affordable for small independent productions.

Bonus points for a green room and lobby.

I think The Rockwell may be the only space that achieves this, and they’re booked solid.
