Back in the fraught days of Nixon, a severely overlooked zero budget mockumentary / cinema verité style film was produced in a hurry with amateurs to warn everyone of fascist developments in the US.
It’s one of the most disturbing films I’ve ever seen… either despite of, or because of the low production values.
Punishment Park is available in full in HD on youtube, and everyone should watch it
