If you consider yourself just a reporter/a male reporter in those uncommon situations where your gender is relevant, why are you calling your colleagues the otherizing term "women reporters"? @smitten@key.portend.place @artemis@dice.camp I don't recall anyone calling in bomb threats to overwhelmingly white or conservative universities, or calling diverse schools like NYU and specifically threatening their white students (as someone did yesterday but about Black students), after any of the highly publicized police murders of Black people. I don't even recall email and social media campaigns demanding employers fire everyone who said they weren't sorry George Floyd was dead.
