Lots of talk gain about sport, Olympics and gender. So a little history, Ewa Kłobukowska a Polish sprinter, was banned from the Olympics and stripped of her medals.

Why? She failed a visual inspection of her genetalia and then failed a chromosome test. She would today have been immediately called a man and no doubt the press would have had a field day.

The next year she gave birth.... This was one of the reasons the Olympics stopped using chromosome testing because it's inaccurate and wrong.

Ah yes of course, let's tell the parents so they can beat the shit out of their child. Why the hell do think children question their gender at school and not at home?

I taught at a school for a year and there were some kids whose parent you deliberately didn't tell anything to. Else they came back with a black eye.

A gentle reminder that I put out a mostly spoken word track - the aim was to raise a little money for Gaza - based on a poem by the first world war poet Wilfred Owen.
