The Ukrainian air defense system was completely overwhelmed during this attack. In general, there were very few interceptions, despite the fact that two more Patriot installations were recently installed in Ukraine.

I believe the reasoning for this decision is that TNR hurts the eyes of poopskins, therefore using it will create a hostile environment for them, raising the probability that they seek employment elsewhere. Niggers can't read fancy lettering like that of TNR! This is a form of RACISM!
