@kroitus@river.group.lt nu ne galės, kaip čia taip negalės, jei įstatymas yra nereiškia kad negali jo pažeisti, tuo labiau kas rašyta kažkur kažkokio softo kažkokioje instrukcijoje - tai gi nėra legal biding agreement, nors mačiau usa teismas nustatė kad jei atsidarai laišką tai ale sutinki su tuo kas jame parašyta jei tai TOS keitimas - galiu tau su ai sugeneruoti leidimą lietuvoje visą pasaulio interneto porno žiūrėt (kas realiai lt yra nelegalu gi pas mus porno nėra, dračilkių nėra ir prostitucija uždrausta) ir pažeidinėt visus įstatymus net tuos kuriuos žinai, pvz rūkyt balkone nors namas uždraudė, aš pvz tiesiog nukabinau lentelę laiptinėje kad rūkyt negalima, plius vilniuje bendrai policajai sakė kad nereguoja į tokius pranešimus.

There's a default assumption baked into how Silicon Valley builds products, and it tracks against how urban planners redesign neighbourhoods: that communities are interchangeable, and if you "lose" one, you can manufacture a replacement; that the value of a group of people who share space and history can be captured in a metric and deployed at scale.
Economists have a word for assets that can be swapped one-for-one without loss of value: fungible. A dollar is fungible. A barrel of West Texas Intermediate crude is fungible.
...A mass of people bound together by years of shared context, inside jokes and collective memory is not.
And yet we keep treating communities as though they are.

@kroitus@river.group.lt nu svarbūs ir kūrybiniai faktas, bet Ai yra įrankis, o kai jis tampa rodiklis ir vedlys jau blogai. Bendrai čia ta psichozė visur, aš blemba noriu kompą atsinaujinti ir nusipirkti dar vieną HDD - dabar dėl ai tai bis šansego, bet manau burbulo amžinai gi nepūs, nors fig čia pariši kaip ir su crypto valiutom.
