@gedeonm@mastodon.social I think DS9 has very different management than a starship. Also, in Redemption, Worf was getting involved in an internal war in the Klingon Empire. Very politically hot. Picard would be trying to avoid any implication of Federation involvement. Finding the Romulan prison and even springing a prisoner would be much less likely to start a war.
