@good_dog_rex @oclsc @Daojoan And many libraries also provide access to streaming content, through services like Kanopy! And things like Lynda.com (or did they change the name?), Great Courses, and so much more! Soooo much content - for free! Our almost free, depending where you live.

Is it standard practice to get detailed measurements for a house listing? Like getting a company in to do it? I've been told that AREA and CREA both want these, which suggests to me that it's standard. But if that's the case - why hasn't it done during the 1.5 years that our #Realtor has been "trying" to sell my parents' house?? I am super concerned about this Realtor, but my parents refuse to find someone else. 🙁

@adelinej@piaille.fr @StaceyCornelius@zeroes.ca Ugh. I do have mild to moderate sleep apnea, but I can't sleep with a cpap machine, I've tried. And insurance won't cover a sleep apnea mouth appliance. 😞
Unwinding - I do try, but I also have things I need to get done. Given extra sleep, work and family demands, that just leaves the time after the kids are in bed. Then I have trouble getting to sleep at a reasonable time, because quiet time is so limited. 😭

@deborahh Marigold and cosmos and both beautiful and very hardy. They are drought tolerant and need no maintenance, and aren't invasive. Consider also violas, aka Johnny jump ups. They have cute little faces, self-seed (but also aren't very invasive), and do just fine without maintenance.
