I have written some basic Maintainer and Contribution guidelines for KDE here, nothing groundbreaking, just some guidelines people are encouraged to follow.
It's still in bit of a flux state and will likely get updated multiple times based on feedback.

Ever make an app for yourself, use it for year(s) and then go "maybe this doesnt fit my needs after all"
Im having that with KomoDo. I like the app and I'll keep maintaining it but my task lists are such complex beasts now it cant really be fit to my needs, since the todo.txt format is lacking things i'd like (repeat, descriptions, various notifications etc).
