@Flanker@decayable.ink eh I'll just ask... I want to get a certain type of lens that can let there be more difference between the size of distant and close objects. In graphics programming they'd call this the "frustum", basically the viewing angle. I want one that can let distant objects appear smaller than the lens on my camera allows them to, so there can be more of an (apparent) difference between how large distant and close objects appear-- a wide viewing angle they might call it in FPSes, where distant objects look much smaller, the frustum is larger at a distance. Do you know what type I need?

it's not about it making sense or anything mind you it's just that it sticks out badly in terms of aesthetics.
